Leave the Empire and Join the Rebels!

Sooo, you studied Marketing or IT.  Then you got your first junior role and did the hard yards to progress up the corporate ladder only to eventually wake up one morning and say "I don't want to do this anymore".

You are not alone, many professionals get into the industry because it seemed like a good idea when they were young or for any of the other usual family or peer pressures.

Here at White Bay we only hire ex tech industry talent who have maybe lost their passion for the hands on part of their role, but love the idea of consulting back to the industry they know well.
